Es una compañía que brinda un servicio eficiente en el manejo y administracion de propiedades de inversion, dando seguridad y respaldo a los propietarios inversionistas, protegiendo y preservando sus activos.

Ofrecemos  este servicio tanto a inversionistas extranjeros como locales, quienes deseen que sus inmuebles esten bien atendidos y a tiempo,  con el fin de evitar el deterioro de los mismos.

Contamos con un equipo profesional para brindar a nuestros clientes un Servico con Calidad y Calidez, trayendo soluciones rapidas y efectivas,  creando una excelente relacion entre el Propietario – Inversionista y su arrendatario.

Home-C Property Management brinda un servicio de calidad y calidez a los dueños de propiedades en el manejo y administracion de los contratos de arrendamiento de sus propiedades de inversion.


SERVICIOS

Nuestro servicio de excelencia esta basado en cuatro puntos importantes:

  1. Atender de manera oportuna y rapida los requerimientos y necesidades que puedan surgir por parte del Arrendatario
  2. Evaluar los requerimientos del Arrendatario, con el objetivo de establecer a quien corresponde la responsabilidad del pago del trabajo a realizar.
  3. Mantener informado al cliente, propietario – Inversionista brindándole un reporte mensual.
  4. Velar por el cumplimiento del contrato de arrendamiento por parte del Arrendatario.

Nuestra Manager es Luz Ángela González, economista de profesión de la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente de Cali, Colombia. Agente de Bienes Raíces en Miami, con gran experiencia en ventas  en la parte residencial a través de Home-C International Realty, LLC. Así mismo, en la actualidad se desempeña como Manager de Home-C Property Management, LLC , con una gran experiencia en el area de la Administración de propiedades, alistamiento y mantenimiento preventivo de propiedades, brindando sus servicios a Propietarios – Inversionistas tanto locales, como  extranjeros.

HONORARIOS

Se cobrara una tarifa una tarifa al propietario – inversionista del 10% sobre el valor mensual de la renta, pagadero por anticipado.
Nuestro valor agregado y sin duda el mas importante es que contamos con un equipo de profesionales de nuestra confianza, quienes estan atentos en brindar a nuestros clientes asesoria legal,  taxes, seguros y contabilidad.
También ofrecemos coordinar el proceso de desalojo de la propiedad en caso de que sea requerido, esto a costo del Propietario – Inversionista.

Our excellent service provided to owner-investor is based on four major points:

  3. Keep our clients informed, through a monthly report.
  4. We guarantee our costumers contract compliance

Our Fees:

Only 10% of the monthly rental value of the property owner, payable in advance will be charged.

Our added value and certainly the most important is a team of professionals of our confidence, who are trained to provide regal, advice on Taxes, insurance legal and accounting services.

We offer to coordinate the eviction process if required, at the expenses of owner-investors.
