About the Broker, Carroll CortesCaroll Cortes is a Colombian native who graduated as an Attorney from the University
Externado de Colombia in Bogotá. As a lawyer in Colombia, Carroll had always specialized in
Real Estate. With over 30 years of experience managing real estate companies in both
Colombia and the U.S, Caroll takes pride in mentoring and servicing her Agents to propel their
Real Estate career to new heights. Caroll has been a Real Estate Broker since 2003 and has
also served as the District Manager for a large Real Estate company in Doral until she launched
her own company- Home-C International Realty.
Ludvin Hasbún is the Owner and Business Consultant for all of Home-C’s Operational and Development processes. Mr. Hasbún is a Colombian Native. He graduated from La Universidad Externado de Colombia with a law degree with a concentration in Management in Real Estate Development. Over the last 30 years, both in Colombia and the United States, he has served on the Board of Directors for construction companies and real estate firms. He’s passionate about Real Estate Entrepreneurship as well as the implementation and development of innovative products that satisfy the needs within the business communities he services.
Camilo is Home-C’s Chief Financial Officer. He graduated with a B.A in Economy from Florida International University and a Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami. Camilo provides the team with extensive experience in the field of real estate and real estate development. Carlos Felipe Hasbún, our Director of International Sales manages Home-C’s L abroad team of agents who are located across Latin America. This team solely focuses on servicing our international clients in countries such as Bolivia, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. Carlos graduated with an International Affairs degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He’s spent many years traveling and living abroad, which has over time allowed him to build a solid network of International Investors, Developers and Brokers.
